This is my first high top tennis shoe that I've purchased so far and I'm sure all purchased it again. I have purchased many of the tennis shoe version the low top shoe but this one is perfect for my needs lightweight supports my ankle. Will I believe from other reviews it's not waterproof, but that's OK. I won't use it for that purpose but I think for just getting around and supporting my ankle when I'm walking is a little bit better maybe since I'm a tad overweight my foot feels very sturdy and comfortable.
