I ordered the size I always wear, and the recommendation on the screen also told me to order this same size and they came too small. I have two different sized feet and they didn't even fit my smallest foot. The website says free returns, however, when I tried to return, the return label states that I have to pay for postage. That is not free at all. Also there is nothing on the boot that shows the size so I don't even know if I was sent the correct size. Very disappointing since I waited several weeks for them to arrive.
