Thankfully, after a few messages to the seller, they shipped out a replacement pair that didn't go missing (though it meant waiting all over again). -1 Star, as all of this could have avoided by using Amazon Fulfillment, though that would raise the price slightly. I think it would be worth it.I waited a few more weeks after I got these before leaving a review to make sure the boots held up to actual use. I'm very happy with the final product. Just make sure you run their tracking number through a universal tracking website. Amazon, Google, and USPS did not recognize the tracking number by themselves.The shoe were beautiful. We had an issue with the heel and the company was very quick to make thing right.I got these for my granddaughter for Christmas. I actually got a smile!
