I stretched out the toe box by wearing a couple thick pairs of socks while driving with floor heaters on and walking for 20mins as another review had suggested and they fit great! I wear a 5.5 in sneakers and the 5.5 fit perfect.Update,Love these and with the extended cold season I've been loving them on hikes. Today was particularly muddy... walking in a few inches of water and mud with no issues or leaks. Still super comfy. Glad I got my true size and just stretched out the toe box. They seriously fit like a dream. To stretch out...I just put on a couple pair thick socks, drove to a park with foot heater on, walked around for 20 mins and they're perfect. I have a medium to wide foot and the box is roomy for my lil flintstone feet?I listened to other reviewers and bought a half size bigger. I typically wear a 9, got a 9.5. Perfect fit, and warm boots in the light snow dusting. However, if you have cankles/thick calves, and you are short, the back of the boot will rub on your leg. It wasn’t too bothersome, as the jeans was able to prevent the chafing. Also, if your feet is slightly wide (like mines), it’ll take some time to break in. Just turn the feet heat on in your car, walk around the house, put your feet under feet heat, and in 20 min, DONE!I live in the Bay Area of California. I wanted boots I could actively walk around in the rain with, as opposed to clomping, loose rain boots. These are great! They are toasty warm, and keep your feet very dry. They are light and since lace up, do not result in clomping. I've worn out to the horse barn and kept me warm on a cold rainy day while standing around watching lessons. Have worn light hiking and walking all over town. I have the black pair, and while I don't love the red and black plaid on the top back, but it's not that noticeable. Other than that, they are exactly what I wanted.I love these boots! I am a huge Sorel fan and these do not disappoint. I live in Colorado and was looking for lightweight boots that I could wear in both the snowy weather and when the snow has melted but it’s too cold for sneakers. These are perfect and so cute! I usually wear an 8.5 and ordered a 9 to leave a little room for thick socks. They fit perfectly! I have a number of Sorel boots and the quality is always great. I highly recommend these boots!Love these!! Normally wear 5.5 but ordered large due to comments...size 6 fit great and allows some wiggle room for thicker socks...but the fleece lining keeps feet super cozy and warm...these look great with jeans and stretch pants and I even wear to work with blazers. SO many compliments. Serious style and also great, durable non nonsense Sorel quality...I'm glad I was not disappointed in the quality. live in very harsh winter conditions and these will be great for almost every month of winter. High $$ but if you are debating...I'd say do it!!Cute but not as warm as I was hoping. I have reynauds sydrome and I really need to make sure my shoes are warm and insulated. I still tend to get numb toes. The temperature has dropped to about 18 degrees at its coldest here this year. For the most part its been around 25-35 degrees when I've worn these and I've still had the cold bite through. But they're cute and comfy.I have been thrilled with these boots! Currently in my last trimester of pregnancy during Minnesota winter I needed something that had great traction and was lightweight - these fit the bill perfectly! Added bonus on how comfortable (can easily do a whole day of shopping) and warm they are (I wear standard athletic socks and my feet are cozy warm. No thick wool socks needed here. I’ve had these for a month and a half and so far are holding up great. I sized up a 1/2 size after reading reviews (normally an 8 1/2, ordered a 9). Highly recommend.I wear normal, cotton crew socks and they were a little snug, so I took the footbed liner out. This helped free up some space, but the sole was hard. I couldn't wear thicker socks because the shoe is lined with a fur-like fabric, which kept my feet warm, but then ended up being too hot after a while. I believe if you will be outdoors in the cold most of the day, this will be a great boot, but for me, it was too snug and got uncomfortable. It looks really good, though - simple and clean. (tan boots)I love these shoes, bought at a great price. A lot of reviews say to get a size up, but I haven’t and they have fit me well, slightly on the small size perhaps but maybe that depends on the width of your feet? I buy a size 4 and bought a 4 in two types of Sorel shoes. No problems here. Love themI love these boots. After a while looking for boots that are actually waterproof for walking the dog I came across these and they are honestly great, no wet feet! They seem really well made, well sealed and are very comfortable to wear. They look great and clean up really well also. I certainly recommend them! Worth paying a bit more for.This boot is comfortable but it is NOT waterproof at all despite how many time the description mentions the waterproof material they’re made out of, I bought them to walk in daily and if it’s rained or there is dew on the ground my feet come back soaking wet - very disappointing especially as I paid £125 for them.It was around size 2 and not 4. And Amazon changed me for sending them back. Even tho it was the makers fault.This is my 3rd pair of Sorel boots I absolutely love them, all 3 pairs I've never had to break in and are so comfortable from the start.I'm a uk 8 but get a uk 9 in sorel as they come up small and they fit perfectly.
